His name is Norman Kamaru a First Brigadier policeman from Brimob, a special mobile unit of Indonesia Police Dept. he located for Gorontalo province. He quickly became famous because his video 'Polisi Gorontalo Menggila' (eng-Police Gorontalo Craze) in Youtube was triggered pros and cons.
